FIELD TECHNICIAN

Conducts quality control testing of various construction materials on construction sites. Writes and submits electronic reports via a computer tablet program. This position generally begins in the concrete testing field, then advances to other construction materials through training and development.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in the construction materials testing field is desirable
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as a team player
• Capable of working independently
• Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills, as you will have contact with clients regularly
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 30 to 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. periodically
• Basic math and writing skills
• Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
• Available to work irregular and weekend hours.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical
